The Annex

The Yew Building

The Cabin
A stand alone building with a queen bed and a single bed; the cabin has a private bath; the views from the cabin include our lawn, the lighthouse and a small water view
The Studios
Lower = the lower studio is a large sunny room with a queen bed and a single bed; a bank of windows gives a view of our vegetable garden, Manana and the water; the shared bath utilized by this room is just across the lawn in the laundry room.
Upper = the upper studio is a large second floor room with a queen bed; the water is visible from all it’s windows; the shared bath is just across the lawn in the laundry room [the privacy and views this room offers, make the walk across the lawn to the bath worth it!]
The Seagull
- second floor room with a double bed and a water view; the shared bath is adjacent to this room

- small first floor corner room with a single bed; the view from this room is of our lawn and the lighthouse; the Seagull’s shared baths are located on the second floor; this room adjoins to room 7 which in turn adjoins to room 8

- large sunny first floor room with 2 double beds; this room adjoins to room 7 [a double bed] which in turn adjoins to room 6 [single bed]; the shared baths utilized by this room are located on the second floor
Kitchen Single = favored by artists, this large first floor room with a single bed boasts a long counter [a reminder that it was the kitchen when the Seagull was a family home] and 2 entrances – 1 from our laundry room and 1 opening onto the Seagull’s large front porch. The shared bath utilized by the Kitchen Single is located in our laundry room
